The Mission Team at White Oak Baptist Church has the opportunity to serve others in the name of Christ in Anchorage, Alaska. Bro. T will be leading his team as they boldly proclaim King Jesus to the community. They will be serving meals to those in need, opening the door to the message of Jesus by nourishing the body and the spirit. In the afternoon, the team will be in local parks teaching the Bible, playing sports and games with under-served children and youth. They will also be hosting park parties, helping the missionaries build relationships in the community.

On Saturday, the team will see the beauty of Alaska with a fun filled day visiting wild Alaskan critters at the Wildlife Conservation Center, taking a Glacier Boat Cruise to the towering face of the majestic Portage Glacier, and enjoying a short, easy hike to a snowfield, complete with snowballs, even in July.

By joining us on the Summer 2025 campaign, you can play a direct role in helping the Alaskan community experience God’s love and grace firsthand.

Cost is $750, plus airfare. This covers comfortable housing, all meals, transportation, staff housing, airport transfers, and most of the supplies for the mission. Travel will be by 15 passenger van and all logistics are covered.

Our trip  is July 20th- 26th and a deposit of $50 is due January 2025.
